The top wine in this quintet is the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain. It possesses the most concentration, sweetest fruit, and ripest tannin as well as considerable new oak and minerality. However, the wine’s ripeness and richness balance out the toasty oak. This big, mountain-styled Cabernet should age effortlessly for 15-20 years.
